  • Electrical Switches &Points: Wires will be Anchor or equivalent make. Switches shall be Anchor Roma or equivalent. Modular Switches shall be provided.
  • Doors and windows: shall be painted with Enamel paint (Asian or Berger).
  • Wall Finish: Interior shall be painted with Plastic Emulsion. Exterior shall be painted with weather coat emulsion paint.
  • Concealed telephone & TV socket in the living room and bed rooms with wiring for the living and master bed room shall be provided.
  • Intercom shall be provided from the apartments to the security.
  • One masonry overhead tank shall be provided for the building.
